Rebecca

I’m Rebecca from the Physics batch of 2010.

I am a Nuclear Physicist-turned-Data-Science professional, who enjoys coding to decode patterns in data. I’ve been in France for over 10 years now. I also serve as the France Chapter Lead for Omdena - (https://omdena.com/local-chapters/france-chapter/) where I lead Data Science projects to benefit the local community in France and greatly enjoy mentoring beginners.

I completed my Ph.D. at Ecole Polytechnique while working at the French Atomic Energy Commission (CEA Commissariat à l'énergie atomique et aux énergies alternatives, Saclay) followed by a research stint at the French National Lab (CNRS - Centre national de la recherche scientifique, Lille).

I have had the pleasure of meeting many Stephanians in France over the years and look forward to contributing to alumni initiatives in future.
