Shaneel Mukerji has spent over two decades working in the disability and mental health space.
Her work with families and organisations through Creating Connections provides a safe space for discussions and interventions, and ensures access to appropriate information regarding disability and mental health. She has also been involved in research, creating resource materials, training, and consulting on mental health and disability projects.
She is the co-founder of Ainaa, an initiative that conducts reflective mental health workshops using Narrative Ideas and Practices, for organisations/institutions and corporates.
She is also the founder of Inclu.de, an organisation working in the space of neurodiversity, design, advocacy and allyship, with the main aim of making the wider community aware about the needs of neurodivergent individuals.

Ratik is a passionate story teller, content creator and an aspiring educator.
Curious by design and an animated father, it is his natural calling to delve into events, epochs, sciences, arts and culture to fish out inspiring stories and lessons that elevate, educate and inspire children and the curious. These stories are told with interesting visuals and graphics with the larger vision to encourage learning and self-discovery.
Ratik operates the educational YouTube channel called ‘Remember. All This Is Knowledge’. Happy to evolve, he invites the larger fraternity to share constructive feedback that will make his journey twice as fulfilling.
