Nishkarsh Vardhan
Proudly hailing from the 2010 Batch with a BSc in Physics Honours, my journey at St. Stephen's College was a mosaic of academic brilliance and multifaceted engagements. Actively participating in the Physics Society, Social Service League, Wildlife Society, and the Photographic Society, I cherished diverse perspectives beyond the confines of textbooks.
Beyond academics, I contributed to the college community as a member of the Residence Affairs Committee, imbibing leadership skills and a profound sense of community. On the sports front, I showcased my prowess by representing both Allnutt North and the Physics department in various cricket tournaments.
Presently situated in Calgary, Canada, I serve as a Data Platform Developer at Benevity, contributing to B2B solutions for Corporate Social Responsibility. Merging my physics background with a Master's in Computer Science from NIT Allahabad, my professional journey includes roles at Samsung, Oracle, and Neustar, where I played a pivotal role in developing revenue-impacting software and data platforms.
Beyond work, I find joy in mentoring aspiring tech professionals in AI and data science, guiding over 200 students on platforms like Udacity and Upgrad. An enthusiastic traveler, I explore new horizons, while sports like cricket, table tennis, and football remain close to my heart. My unique hobby of collecting coins and stamps from 100+ countries reflects a love for cultural diversity and historical artifacts.
Thrilled to be part of the St. Stephen's College alumni network, I look forward to connecting, sharing experiences, and contributing to the legacy of our esteemed alma mater.
