Working on skill development and creating self-reliance amongst women’s groups in Village Saidanpur, Distt Barabanki and in Lucknow since 2011. Focused on sustainable livelihoods, sanitation, women's health and menstrual hygiene. Founded FICCI FLO Lucknow Kanpur chapters and involved at a national level as part of the governing body of FLO working for women's empowerment since 2015.
