Batch of 1996

I am proud to have done my graduation from St. Stephen's College, Delhi University which is considered as one of the best colleges in India.

My biggest takeaway from this college was confidence and the ability to express. I am a published author and the title of my book is: Be Strong Always and in ALL Ways.

I started my journey as a teacher in the year 1996 and now I have reached a position where I mentor teachers to embrace this profession and all I have to do is share my experiences in the form of inspiring stories that cover the challenges I faced and the joys I experienced through my interactions with children. My stories are my biggest collection and my strongest tools.

I can make an instant connection with children and look at parents as our biggest strength in this journey as educators.

I believe as educators we must strive to match children’s pace, energy and eagerness to explore and learn. I have mentored over 80 schools spanning diverse regions for their academic support, quality checks and ensuring alignment of processes with institutional objectives.

I look at ways to add creativity in my roles and responsibilities each day to make every task challenging and engaging for myself. I strongly believe if you enjoy what you do then you can add value through your experience. Every day should look like a new opportunity to make a difference.
