After studying at The Doon School, St. Stephen's College, and Symbiosis, I've worked for more than 20 years in various roles, including consulting, HR, and entrepreneurship. I've had the opportunity to work with well-known companies like Kearney, Aon Hewitt, Mercer, and KPMG, mainly focusing on talent acquisition and development.

A significant part of my career was spent as the Head of HR at the National Skill Development Corporation. There, I had the chance to lead initiatives around the 'Future of Work' and 'Future of Skills' for India under MEITY. Right now, I'm working on a book called 'The Abundance Code,' which aims to create job opportunities across India.

As someone deeply passionate about leveraging technology to bring people together, I have initiated the 'S2S Initiative—Stephanian to Stephanians.' What began as a WhatsApp group in Delhi has blossomed into new possibilities for creating abundance on this planet.
